Welcome to the Farmers Draft Horse, Mule and Pony Club web site. We promote and enjoy the use of draft horses in and around Maine. Members of our club organize many draft horse related events in different parts of the state throughout the year. Some of the events include, sleigh rides, plowing days, overnight camping, wagon drives, field days, clinics, as well as supporting and participating in most of the major draft horse shows in Maine, New Hampshire, Mass. and Vermont.

A competition at the Windsor Fair Grounds on October 18th, 2008

2 events
• a pony team scoot obstacle competition
• a horse team scoot obstacle competition

Obstacle course will have many gates with a water crossing, a bridge gate, gates with various animals adjacent and some very difficult gates to maneuver through.

Hopefully, if we raise enough money, we will pay 5 places, $350.00 1st place, $200.00 2nd place, $100.00 3rd place, $75.00 4th place and $50.00 5th place.

Must be a member to enter events. You can join the Club the day of the Event.
Open to Public to come and observe.

Festivities after the Event.

The Historical Society Ladies are doing a supper for us. $10 for meal and entertainment. Dinner at 6pm and music the starts at 7pm. Dj and Linda will be teaching us a line dance.
